The strategy prioritised education over selling, building genetic literacy before conversion. Design work spanned packaging, digital interfaces, and web presence—balancing approachable visuals with scientific credibility. The focus was on making complex health data feel clear and actionable, whilst establishing trust through thoughtful presentation of expertise and methodology.
By reframing genetic testing as an investment rather than a product, myDNA Nutriwell (later known as DNA PREVENTION TEST in its 2022 Brand Transformation) encouraged customers to take control of their health journey. The education-first design approach became LYKON's key differentiator.
